I Heart Pancake Day

Pancake Day and Valentines Day in one week, February is pretty awesome isn’t it?

We are currently waiting to move into our first home, so whilst we haven’t got a kitchen of our own as yet, it was time to make a mess of the parents kitchen one last time and go flipping crazy with the pancakes!

This is a basic pancake recipe I’ve always used and serves around 8, but it really depends how big/small you want them.

With banana, nutella, blueberries, melted chocolate, ice cream, lemon juice, jam and of course, lots of sugar, I decided to serve up a variety of traditional toppings, with one Valentines inspired treat!

Some were disasters, some were pretty damn good! Below are 3 of the best …
