BBC Good Food Show Summer 2013

Last Friday, James and I went to the Summer BBC Good Food Show!

After attending the winter one last year we were super keen to go back. Yet again it was a great day out; eating, drinking and spying on celebrity chefs, I can’t think of anything better, can you?!

This year we went a bit mad and tried pretty much everything; hog roast, ice cream, cakes and homemade lemonade to name a few treats! Being hot curry fans, we loved the amount of hot and spicy sauces there were to try too. We bought home some cheeses from The Snowdonia Cheese Company and some lovely curry spice kits from SpicenTice.

Here’s a few snaps of the mouth watering stalls …

Breads and pastries galore!
Fudge anyone?
Hot sauce is an understatement!
Cheese Heaven
Pint of fudge?

We also watched the lovely Mary Berry and John Whaite in their own little bake off in the Supertheatre. Mary is just adorable and John was so sweet, it’s great to see how far he’s come since winning the GBBO.

As a big lover of Masterchef, I queued up to meet the masters themselves, Mr John Torode and Greg Wallace! Check me out …

Yet again the Food Show was amazing and we left feeling stupidly stuffed! If you haven’t been yet, I highly recommend you go, the next one is in November!
